A MESSAGE TO THE STAFF:
All of you are wanting to be leaders whether you know it or not. You are asking to be involved in a ministry at Turkey Hill Ranch Bible Camp that requires you to live your life out front, publicly as a living testament to the saving work of Jesus Christ in you. You are, in effect, saying ” I want to be involved in the work at Turkey Hill so that I can be a part of LEADING others to Christ. I want others to watch me and hear me and know more about Jesus. . I want to be among my peers as a man or woman who will stand firmly by my convictions in order to LEAD my fellow brothers and sisters to a more committed walk with Christ.” That is what you are telling me when you send your applications in to me. When you take ministry seriously, you become a leader. People will be watching.
We will always try to place you in the area where you wish to serve, but we reserve the right to place you where we think we can best use you during the time you are here. You may serve in several different areas during your time of service, so come to serve God and do the work you are given with the attitude that where you are assigned, God will use you your heart is truly that of a servant.
