 THRBC Medical Care Guidelines

All medications, including over-the-counter (non-prescription) medications, will be turned in to the nurse, and she will supervise their administration.

Turkey Hill Ranch Bible Camp has a nurse’s office stocked with over-the-counter as well as some prescription medications that an on-site RN dispenses under the direction of an on-call physician. Any time a camper/staffer under the age of 18 requires medical care beyond what can be provided by the nurse’s office, the parent/guardian will be contacted for notification, consent, and the gathering of the camper’s/staffer’s medical insurance information.
