WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

With our new online system, all staff must fill out one of the following forms:

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION:

This is for all positions that do not include speakers, directors, nurses, or cooks. Please fill out entirely.
If you have staffed before, you still need to fill out the “First Time Staff Questions.”

IF UNDER 18 – Please make sure your PARENTS fill out the “Staff Under 18” section.

MINISTRY APPLICATION:

This is for all speakers, directors, nurses, and cooks – please fill out entirely

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE

Click here to login for Volunteer Staff and Ministry Staff Applications. If you have a login already in for “as a camper/parent” please use the same login. It is a different access point however, but the same login.
*Note: To start the process once you login please click the green button on the right side labeled “Add Position.” By clicking that you will be able to start the process.

INFORMATION REGARDING BACKGROUND CHECKS:

Staff, including SPEAKERS, DIRECTORS, NURSES, and COOKS, will have a background check completed. In addition to our verbal and written references there may be an additional background check through a company called “Protect My Ministry” on behalf of Turkey Hill Ranch Bible Camp. When filling out your application there will be an area to consent to have “Protect My Ministry” complete this process.

If you are under 18, you and/or your parents will receive an email with an “Under 18 Parental Consent Form” that must be completed and sent back in order for the background check to be completed.

One who is passionately seeking Jesus
One whose life reflects a relationship with Jesus Christ
One who desires to share the Gospel with kids
One who is currently serving/using their gifts
One who is 15 years or older (especially college students or adults)
One who is called by God to come and serve at Turkey Hill Ranch Bible Camp
One who can work 1 week to 8 weeks

THRBC Medical Care Guidelines

All prescription medication, will be turned in to the nurse, and she will supervise their administration. Turkey Hill Ranch Bible Camp has a nurse’s office stocked with over-the-counter as well as some prescription medications that an on-site RN dispenses under the direction of an on-call physician. Any time a camper/staffer under the age of 18 requires medical care beyond what can be provided by the nurse’s office, the parent/guardian will be contacted for notification, consent, and the gathering of the camper’s/staffer’s medical insurance information.
